Wills, Trusts and Lady Justice

A lot of people know exactly what a will or trust is. A lot of people are a bit fuzzy on the details. My own knowledge about these subjects is that of a layperson…I am not an attorney. What I have learned has come from work I’ve done in related fields (insurance and banking), and from living life! I was fortunate to have parents who included me in their journey through estate planning, and I learned along the way.

However, there is much more. And for me the purpose of this site is to explore areas and topics and articles that engage my interest, and perhaps give information and resources that might help others.
